Croft's pond
This is a small wildlife pond, containing many pond plants which form a dense covering over the surface and a jungle of stems underwater. The pond is normally home to a great variety of wildlife, although on the day of the survey, not a lot was found. This might have been due in part, to a clear-out of vegetation a few weeks before.
